Transitionz is a weekly drop-in group for 8 – 10 year olds, held every Saturday morning between 10 – 12 at Carmarthen Youth Project.
Our aim is to nurture confidence, resilience and independence through play and learning, as well as encouraging peer relationships and new friendships. We also have a group of our older members who attend to mentor and support the sessions which develops their skills and demonstrates commitment.
The hope is that these younger members will become part of the Dr Mz family and continue to be members long term.
We are welcoming members and are open to all.
