“Transform it” is part of the Grow it- Cook It –Transform It Project
“Transform It” is the environmental and community element of the project.
It aims to transform our locality into a better place to live for young people and their families.
It could involve transforming some wood into a flower planter, a drain pipe to a gutter garden.
It could be a bigger project where we improve a neglected area of town or grow food in the local park!
It aims to teach young people about global youth work and awareness of environmental issues, so they can care for each other and our planet.
Transform it will be working in partnership with the Woodland Trust in transforming natural spaces, woodland and gardens around Carmarthen.
Transform It will be offering young people work experience, volunteering and accredited awards such as Asdan and national recognised John Muir Award.
