The Health and Well-being programme is set up to provide young people with sessions that have a positive impact on their health and well-being.
The programme delivers a wide range of activities such as life skills, walk and talk sessions, fitness workshops, dance, sexual and emotional health sessions and much more.
Young people who take part in activities that are having a positive impact and giving to the community are able to collect time credits. This links into the LSR project that is also held in
the centre.
The young people are also able to have individual or group support and advice from the health and well-being worker if needed.
The programme is designed to give young people the opportunity to make informed decisions that improve their health.
