This month’s info-board is all about SMOKING!
Throughout March staff at Dr.M’z will be running a variety of smoking awareness activities. Many of our members have decided to take the first steps to a healthier life and have pledged to go SMOKEFREE on Wednesday 11th March 2009, National No Smoking Day.
If you would like any information on smoking, then why not visit our info-board and pick up a leaflet, staff are also able to support you and provide you with information on how to stay SMOKEFREE!
Dr.M’z Super Guests for March will be Carmarthenshire County Councils Iechyd Da / Health team. Lisa and Becky will be at Dr.M’z on Thursday 12th March 2009 at 6pm. They will be offering their support and will be able to answer any questions you may have on smoking.
